About the job
Our mission at Chordify is to make it as easy as possible for musicians of all skill levels to learn to play their favorite music.
As an Android Developer at Chordify, you will take ownership of architecture, product features, and modernizing our Android stack.

You *
Have 5+ years of experience developing Android apps
Have strong Kotlin skills
Are proficient in Jetpack Compose, Material3, Coroutines, Flow, Dependency Injection (Hilt)
Know how to do automated testing (unit, integration, UI)
Have experience with architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modularization
Are familiar with Gradle build optimization and CI/CD
Have experience with the release process on Google Play Store
Have great communication and problem-solving skills
Communicate clearly, take initiative and break down complex problems
Like experimenting and improving the codebase.
Are able to oversee and drive projects forward
Are located in the Netherlands

You will
Build new user experiences that reach millions of musicians
Improve our app's architecture and navigation as well as build tooling and release workflows
Closely collaborate with backend, design and data teams
Work at least four days per week
You get
A gross monthly salary of €4100 to €5300 (excluding 8% yearly holiday allowance) depending on your skills, expertise, and experience
